Chief Scientist for the Peking Branch of the International Police Experts. Although an Expert, he is not particularly physically capable, and will only fight with his huge fans when his life is in danger or faced with no alternative. Believing himself to be opposed to evil, he never lets his emotions surface carelessly and projects an image of placidness and tranquility. This is why the people at the base refer to him as "Professor Go." However, when the subject of the Tragedy of Bashitarle comes up, he undergoes an unbelievable transformation from his normal self and shows an incredible passion. It would appear that something happened in his past. His nickname is "High Wisdom Star." Age 28.
