A character from Yokoyama's Suikouden. "Issei Doujin" is his alias; his real name is Kusonshou. An Expert of the Peking Branch who, in the past, trained with Rashinjin-sensei of Jiizan. Therefore, he and Hanzui the Evil Messiah are like siblings. Hanzui defected and disobeyed the rules by leaving the mountain and joining the ranks of the B.F. Organization. Ordinarily, those who learn that sort of senjutsu are prohibited from returning to the regular world, but Issei was instructed to pursue Hanzui. Doing so, he joins the International Police Experts in their fight against the B.F. Organization. Versed in illusion and shapeshifting, he bears various items of power that can entrap enemies within an illusion and specializes in obfuscative combat. Hanzui and Issei utilize the same combat methods, but Hanzui is far, far stronger and superior in skill.
