Tetsugyuu ("Iron Ox") the Black Whirlwind (Koku Senpuu), an Expert of Justice with physical strength surpassing even his "brother" Taiso Semenjyu (Taisou Shinkou). In fact, the only ones stronger are his sister-in-law Yoshi of the Blue Face and Chief Chuujou Shizuo the Silent Human Bomb.
Constantly at odds with Daisaku Kusama, Tetsugyuu longs for a normal life and missed a normal childhood. The very first man Tetsugyuu ever killed was his own father. Tetsugyuu desperately rebels and acts out for attention. He seeks the affections of Gin Rei, one of the only female Experts. Tetsugyuu's emotional development was stunted early on from trauma but he is reliable and dependable. He is one of the only surviving members at the end of the Giant Robo OAV series.
