Youshi the Blue-Faced Beast, Youshi the Blue-Skinned Demon, and so on. A female Expert of Justice posted at the Peking Branch. Surpassing other Experts in physical skills, and especially good with a staff. Possesses superhuman strength greater even than Tetsugyuu the Black Whirlwind. She is never vulgar and has both sisterly strength and gentleness, making the word "heroine" fit her to a T. Yoshi's skin was turned blue during the "Domino Operation." She also received the scar on her breast, most likely due to The Dazzling Cervantes. During the mission, she meets and falls in love with Taisou, eventually marrying him. Taisou kills The Dazzling Cervantes which in turn drives Lord Alberto to seek revenge. Taisou sacrifices himself for his friends, as does Yoshi. This forces Alberto to rethink his purpose and self-worth.
Director Imagawa admits Ko-Enshaku has a mysterious existence within the G.R. world, so he is above questions of life and death. He is the mute eyes and ears of everything that goes on and somehow reports back to Big Fire directly. It is rumored that he is supposed to be the ghost of Shin Sanzan Koushin's dead brother, and only Koushin can kill him. Koushin, along with Shou Kikou Kaei, are Experts of the International Police Organization powerful enough to rival Taisou. Of the two, Shou Kikou prefers action, and is the type whose low-brow portion very much matches the concept of "motion", whereas Koushin is icily silent and gives the impression of preferring ingenious "plans". However, while their personalities are diametrically opposite, they were trained by Kaimei the Bursting Fireball of the Nine Great Lords of Heaven and are bound by a deep bond of friendship. After Kaimei perished in battle, they, along with Taisou, were the three candidates to become a new member of the Nine, but an anecdote lingers that the two of them, held fast to their beliefs even unto death and declined, leaving Taisou no choice but to accept the position.
