Emanuel von Volger is the son of Dr. Franken von Volger, the inventor of a revolutionary clean energy source that is unpredictably unstable. Genya is also the estranged older brother of Falmelle von Volger. Both siblings possess the ability to teleport themselves and mass objects within a certain radius. Such a power is a terrible burden on their bodies and spirits. Genya uses the Big Fire Organization and the members of the Magnificent 10 as a means to obtain the three attaché cases. His goal is to usher in the "Beautiful Night" while Gin Rei seeks to stop him. "And with the sample inside the case, we'll fulfill our father's wish and...complete his revenge." Sadly, Genya missed the point. If only he had heard the entire message his father left. If only.
